The lotion concentrate base is a thick cream base that can be transformed into body cream, thick lotion & light lotion. It has no greasy after feel and you can add your own additives.
Instructions: - Measure 25-75% of goat's milk lotion concentration base (more base creates thicker cream or lotion) - Add water or hydrosol - Use up to 2% Fragrance or Essential Oil - If desired, add up to 5% in butters or oils
