Honeybush is so named because the flowers smell like honey. The plant only grows in small areas in the southern part of South African. The taste of honeybush tea is similar to that of rooibos but a little sweeter.

Brewing Instructions: Use 1 teaspoon of tea leaves per 8 oz of water. Steep in just boiled water that is around 200°F-212°F, for 3-5 minutes or longer, depending on taste.
