These are so easy and fast and each candle produces it’s own results.
You will need: A paraffin pillar candle – dark colors will show the crackle finish better. A bucket of cold water
Hold the candle securely by the wick and dip into the bucket of cold water. The temperature of the water will Produce surface cracks on the candle. The candle can be dipped repeatedly into the water to create more surface cracks however if the candle gets too cold, it may crack in half and fall apart.
Enjoy your candles! Watch them burn and enjoy the fragrance that you picked. Handmade candles also make great gifts. Your friends will enjoy receiving something that’s handmade and if the directions are followed properly you will have made candles that are a better quality than what you can buy in most stores!
